NCC (Nigerian Communications Commission) set plans for a New Regime in the Telecoms Industry with the introduction of "Number Portability" this will allow subscribers to switch from one Gsm Network to another without changing sim cards all the time bcos of poor Service, high tariff among all other reasons..

I think this is a Good Step especially for people like me that's got lot of sim card belonging to the various Operators in the Country and switch over when i want to. -lol!
