Toshiba has announced the launch of several new
SD High Capacity (SDHC) memory cards, including a the world's first 32-GB memory card which could be used in mobile phones. Alongside the 32GB SDHC card, Toshiba also announced a 16GB SDHC card and an 8GB microSDHC card. All the new cards meet the Class 4 specification in the SD Speed Class.
The 16GB SDHC card will be available worldwide from October, and the 32GB SDHC card and 8GB microSDHC card will be launched worldwide in January next year.
The market for high-density memory cards is growing fast, driven by increasing demand for personal digital equipment able to handle motion pictures and high-resolution images. Demand for high-density microSDHC cards is expected to emerge in the mobile phone market, as on-board cameras advance multi-megapixel capacities, and demand for music and motion pictures are expanding as well.

Most people go ahead to format their phone's memory card all because they forgot/can't remember what the password is and thereby loosing all the important information/data on it..
These people thought all hope was lost b4 they went on with this regrettable action but they didn't look for "hope" before they did.. lol! -This happened to a friend of mine and it is a pity i couldn't help out when he needed my assistance..
But don’t you worry if you are having the same problem…cos now there is a much simple and easy way out.
Requirement: You need a file explorer like FExplorer which you can download from here.
How to Unlock MMC card:
- Download FExplorer from the above link.
- Install FExplorer to your phone.
- Insert Memory card into your phone but don’t access it through phone.
- Run FExplorer and Open the path C:\system.
- You will find a file called mmcstore ,rename the file mmcstore.txt
- Copy that file(mmcstore.txt) to your pc and open that file in notepad.
- You will find your password in that file.
- Now you can either change it or continue the same one.
